1 Account Balance

All funds added to your account are non-refundable. Please deposit only the amount you intend to use.

2 Failed or Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled, rejected, or fails due to a provider or system issue, the amount will be automatically refunded to your Fearfellpanel.site account balance.

3 Completed Orders

Orders that have been successfully completed or delivered are not eligible for any refund.

4 Incorrect Orders

Customers are responsible for submitting the correct service, username, link, quantity, and order details. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect information provided by the customer.

5 Delayed Orders

Some services may take longer than expected depending on demand and provider availability. Delayed orders do not qualify for a refund unless they are permanently cancelled.

6 Partial Completion

If an order cannot be fully completed, the remaining undelivered amount will be refunded to your account balance whenever applicable.

7 Chargebacks

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting our support team first may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.
